Caregiving

Our Caregiver Support Counseling services are designed to support individuals who provide care to family members, partners, or friends facing illness, disability, aging, or mental health challenges.

Through individual counseling, caregivers have a confidential space to process stress, grief, burnout, and the complex emotions that often come with caregiving. Our clinicians help caregivers develop healthy coping strategies, set realistic boundaries, manage feelings of guilt or
overwhelm, and strengthen resilience. Support may also include problem-solving around communication, role changes, and balancing caregiving with personal, work, and family responsibilities.
