Before your session
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment so there’s time to process your paperwork.
Please bring the following items:
- Photo ID, one of the following:
- Driver’s license
- College ID with photo
- Workplace ID with photo
- Health Insurance Card (we accept many different insurance plans)
- Co-payment
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to sign paperwork.

Where To Go
Please come to our office location. Please head into the main office (the brick building). Our office staff will notify your counselor help with any paperwork, and notify your counselor of your arrival.
During Your Session
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hour notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee assessed.
